I Have always been Passionate about Fitness, Disguising, Transformation and Good Looks and so as I keep on motivating and influencing the other people to keep themselves fit because body is the only place where your soul actually live in, so take better care of yourself and keep making yourself stronger day by day. There are 4Ds in my life to achieve any goal i.e Dedication, Discipline, Determination, Different(feeling of being unique & best. So, Here, IntExtFit platform has been created, where I do share, motivate & guide the people about real fitness (i.e Internally & Externally).
Myself Er. Abhishek Bhardwaj, a fitness enthusiast, fitness blogger, entrepreneur, fulltime fitness youtuber. As far as my transformation is concerned, It has always been me vs me. Because in every single year of my life, I have always been kept on trying to become the better version of myself.
Since, Fitness has always been my first priority. But how it all started just to let you know guys in brief. Actually, there was a time when I was in school, I used to be very thin(pics can be seen in gallery section) and everyone used to call me sukha(thin) and when I moved to college, I decided that alongwith my engineering studies, I will transform myself also. So by the time I finished my college, I was completely different, can say better version of myself.
So, Initially when I stepped into the gym, I found it difficult as I was very thin and too weak and I had never lifted the heavy weights ever before. So, I started with a plan of focusing more on push ups, pull ups, free weight squats as it uses only body weight & parallelly started mastering the form of each exercises with lighter weight and eventually I mastered most of them. And eventually, I started lifting bit heavy weights with low rep range to get some size and this is how I transformed my self.
During the whole journey, My 4Ds rule helped me a lot. Also, I was focused, consistent, and very disciplined whether it is diet, sleep, workout and other routines.
No matter what, guys, if you want to change yourself then you must follow the 4Ds rule.
Always remember its never too late to start the fitness journey, all you need to make is just one decision. You must be wondering, why I have shared my whole story with you guys, because I believe that you all can relate it to yourself because in everybody’s life, this type of situation arises and these situations arises to make you even more stronger, never give up, take them as challenges and challenge yourself and then see the results, you will become what you have not even ever thought of and this is reality.
Now lets dive into the fitness world, actually there are two type of fitness Internal Fitness and External Fitness.
Now what is actually happening, everybody talks about external fitness i.e your outer body personality with strong physicality , your outer looks, your appearance n all, which others can see and notice easily and gets attracted. But what about Internal fitness which is actually the real fitness whether your body is free from diseases, pains and your inner major body parts are working fine like your hearts, lungs, kidneys, brain, blood joints or not.
Actually in this fitness industry everybody wants to look at his/ her best but they forget about internal fitness which later affects their whole body if puts in negligence infront of outer fitness.
But don’t worry guys, here I am going to share everything about internal and external fitness both at equal importance.
