IntExtfit Is a fitness platform where everything about internal and external fitness is shared.

So, here IntExtFit gives you a platform where you can start your fitness journey along, no matter whether you have started or not and wherever you are in your fitness journey. This platform will help and guide you to achieve your fitness goal the way you want it. So, you may consider it your second home, where you will get all the fitness related knowledge whether its about Diet, Nutrition, Exercise, what to do and Don’t, Transformation, guidance, videos and exclusive video sessions as well on demand to achieve the internal and external fitness.

Muscle Strengthening
Muscle Strengthening means Stronger, powerful muscles that can do bigger jobs like lifting heavier weights or muscles that can work longer than usual before getting exhausted (endurance).
Aerobic or Cardiovascular fitness
"Aerobic" is refers to the requirement of oxygen" and then further refers to the use of that oxygen to meet energy demands during exercise via aerobic metabolism adequately. It is often considered to be the most important type of physical fitness. These are directly related to the condition of lungs and heart and have been known to significantly increase both the length and quality of life.
Joint Flexibility
Joint Flexibility refers to a person’s range of movement in a series of joints. Joint flexibility will vary from person to person, but can still be cultivated with the right workout routine to increase their range of movement.

Hi Friends, My name is Er. Abhishek Bhardwaj, a Fitness Enthusiast and have been exercising naturally for more than 10 years (means haven’t taken anything out of the way to grow) that’s why having a good experience of fitness industry along with DNHE certification & better known for passion for fitness, body transformation, disguising, good looks, comedy have always been the important keys in my fitness journey so far and motivates me to motivate others to get fit and healthy.
I do strongly belief in my own saying i.e whatever you are doing in your life, whether it is in fitness, science, sports, studies etc.. do it like you are doing it last time ever and then see the results.

Fitness is the condition of being internally and externally fit and healthy. And to get fit the following tips are important to follow.
- Exercise Daily for atleast 30 Min to one hour.
- Always eat the right food i.e Nutritious & Balanced diet.
- Keep track of calories and food intake on daily basis, if possible.
- Get good tight sleep for atleast 6-7 hrs a day
- Stay motivated

- Aerobic or cardiovascular fitness – Cardiovascular fitness is often considered to be the most important type of physical fitness because of the health benefits it offers. These are directly related to the condition of lungs and heart, which is totally dependent on your breathing process while working out in the Gym and have been known to significantly increase both the length and quality of life.
- Muscle strengthening. Stronger muscles/ powerful muscles that can do bigger jobs (such as lifting heavier weights) or muscles that will work longer before becoming exhausted (endurance).
Joint Flexibility – This is very important aspect of Fitness related to joint flexibility increases a person’s range of movement in a series of joints. To keep joints injury free, one must have to do proper warm ups of shoulder and other joints before lifting heavy weights.
Joint flexibility will vary from person to person as there are many dependent factors like ,diet, nutrition, exercise, genetics etc but can still be cultivated with the right workout and diet routine to increase their range of movement.
Fitness is measured
Your overall fitness is a measurement of four physical capabilities i.e — endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility and body composition or body mass index (BMI). BMI tracks height and weight for body composition test, which calculates your fat and lean muscle mass, is an excellent indicator of overall fitness.
